US market-leader, PrinterLogic, looking to South African market expansion.

There are a few swearwords you don’t mention to your favourite IT guy, like print server, drivers and network paths. But, cloud technology is changing that, along with new products in the software as a service (SaaS) space.

US-based PrinterLogic, known for its innovation in enterprise print management software solutions, released several new products in 2018. One area of exceptionally rapid growth was its SaaS offering, experiencing a 600% growth over 2017. The SaaS solution for managed service providers (MSP) was also adopted by notable companies in the US and Europe. Now, it is ready to bring the offering to the South African market through its local value-added distributor, Blue Label Technology Solutions.

“It’s a powerful, versatile, streamlined and consistent print management solution developed specifically for MSPs and their customers,” says GM of Blue Label Technology, Ricky Correia. “We’re excited to be able to offer something that will directly impact end-users, assist in managing costs and provide IT teams with full visibility and control of their printing environments. Finally, we’re able to map end-user experience to a solution that requires no infrastructure and supports an MSP model.”

PrinterLogic’s PrinterCloud for MSPs is a zero-footprint, cloud-based solution that offers feature parity with PrinterLogic’s proven on-premises software, an enterprise-grade print management solution that is infinitely scalable and incredibly cost-effective. The enterprise-grade hardware asset management solution provides a comprehensive view of IT assets at any stage within their life cycle, while also tracking lease, warranty and financial data to ensure assets are optimised and secured.
